This leafy green is a cut and come-again vegie, which can provide a harvest for 12 months or more.

Likes: Full sun to part shade.
Dislikes: Drying out.
When to plant/sow in a warm temperate zone: Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Nov, Dec
How to start: Sow seed 5mm deep in punnets of premium seed raising mix. Plant out seedlings when 7–10cm tall.
How to grow: Keep moist and feed every 6–8 weeks with organic fertiliser. Shade plants during hot periods.
When to harvest: Pick outer leaves as needed.
Pests and diseases: Cabbage white butterfly, cabbage aphids.
