Passionfruit and raspberry champagne cocktail

Kick off the festive season in style with a home-grown cocktail.

Ingredients

Got a glut of passionfruit? Why not turn them into a tasty festive cocktail.

  • 1½ cups of champagne
  • 1½ cups of lemonade
  • ? cup of vodka
  • ? cup of Malibu
  • 100 grams of whole fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup of fresh passionfruit pulp
  • Crushed ice

 For a mocktail version omit alcohol and add 2 cups of sparkling mineral water.

Method

Mix all ingredients in pitcher and serve chilled.

Remember to always drink responsibly.
