It may take a while to enjoy the fruit of your labour but there’s nothing quite like a juicy pineapple at its best, and when it’s home grown the pleasure factor goes right off the scale. And did you know that fresh pineapple is an alkalizing food that provides a great energy boost? Apparently it’s also a good hangover cure!
